Build a folding tablesaw outfeed table
Steve Fikar's space-saving mobile support can handle big jobs, too.
Synopsis: An engineer by trade, Steve Fikar dealt with the challenge of building an outfeed table with a small footprint that would fit easily into his shop. His design is compact, but can support workpieces up to 10 ft. long, thanks to a folded extension that flips up. A strong, adjustable single leg offers plenty of support and can be raised and lowered from above the table.

Nicely done! In addition to your clever design and skilled construction, I am noting that your dust collection appears to be from below??!! If yes, then I am envious - my shop is on a slab, and the ceiling is already low.
You are correct. When we designed our house I installed the ductwork (with grounding wires) under the slab before they poured. The dust collector is actually in another room so the sound is muted. I made a remote dust bin sensor using an Arduino controller so I can see an LED readout in my shop of how full my dust bin is in the other room. Works great.
