Sorry guys, the final episode won't play when I click on it? I'll try again later.
Can't get 20b to play--
Working now.
Thanks for the fix Ben. It was a great project.
Outstanding project. Not only is the teaching first rate and the production qualities just right, it seems to capture the essence of Mike's craftsmanship.
...
Next please.
Great project, REALLY loved the pace of teaching here - sufficient detail but no unneeded rambling on, but then again Mike seems like a no nonsense kind of guy...
this was an amazing series. I would think this would be at the top of everyones watch list
Thanks Mike for the how to on the bullet catch. This past year (using a FWW project as the basis) I made a wall hanging curio cabinet for my wife of similar size to this. I had purchased the bullet catch but I couldn't figure out how to install it so I ended up going a different route. You solution is elegant. I will no doubt use it in the future.
Very helpful series!
Does the Kumiko panel ever get glued in? Won’t it fall out with seasonal movement?
Thanks so much Mike. It took me 3 weeks but I just finished the cabinet as my first project ever. I had never cut a dovetail or a mortise and tenon joint, or hung a door or anything and I was able to complete this well enough to give to my daughter for her 31st birthday (I just retired), because your instruction was so clear and thoughtful. You're a natural teacher and I can't believe how much I learned from you. I would recommend this project for any beginner (even though it's listed as intermediate level) because your teaching is excellent. Kudos and I'll continue to follow your articles and videos closely going forward.
This is a great series, Mike.
I have watched hundreds of videos and have learnt more in this series than most of the others put together. You have some different techniques to others and I will be trying out many of them.
Thanks
Exceptional instruction, Mike. I really enjoyed this video series. Great work camera guys and video editing guy(s). Mike is a true craftsman with a unique teaching style. I would love to see more video series projects from Mike.
